Kudos, Credits, and Boring Technical Specifications, Oh My:

This is the third incarnation of the Page of Legends Picture Gallery under the tutelage of Paegrag Gaidin. Previously, this gallery was under the venerable care of ElleSedai, to whom I am in debt and offer many kudos. The elder and worthy Pages of Prophecy gallery, made by Dazar, was also formerly extant, and this page owes its original conception, I think, to that.

Major kudos are also in order for Ariella Sedai and Kerish Gaidin, the webmaster and webmistress of Page of Legends, for graciously giving me this space in which to host the page. Page of Legends has been my premier home-away-from-home on the Web since the summer of 2000. I think I'm speaking for everyone when I say: thanks, you guys, y'all just rock. This page is also, in some weird way, a tribute to everyone who's ever found themselves up at 2:30 in the morning, subsisting on coffee and Ramen noodles, trying to figure out why the hell the bloody code isn't working, insead of doing more pressing things like studying or, quite possibly, sleeping.

To the Page of Legends community: this is for you. Since that early May day when a crazy 21-year old college student with delusions of grandeur first stumbled in to the chat at Pages of Prophecy with the words "hi, I'm new here, please be nice to me," you have been my friends through the thick and thin of passing years, through hardship and heartache, triumph and trial. "Nice" doesn't begin to describe it.

And now for the boring stuff:

The pages on this site were written in Microsoft Notepad, on PC systems running Microsoft Windows 98, 98 SE, and 2000 at screen resolutions of 800 x 600 and 1024 x 768. They were tested for compatibility in Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 5.01 and 6.0, Netscape Navigator version 7.2, Mozilla version 1.4, Mozilla Firebird version 0.7, Mozilla FireFox versions 0.8, 0.9.1, and 1.0 and Opera versions 6.03, 7.52, and 7.54.

All pages conform to World Wide Web Consortium XHTML 1.0 coding standards, as well as to United States Section 508 accessibility guidelines. The code for this site was validated using AI Internet Solutions' CSE HTML Validator Lite version 3.5 and the W3C's HTML validator service.
